Absolutely! Almost every printable, template, and checklist on our site is 100% free to download—no hidden costs, no surprise charges at checkout. The few that are not free have an upfront cost that you have to pay at checkout. We believe every family deserves quality homeschool resources regardless of budget.
Can I use your attendance sheet in my state?
Most likely, yes! Our attendance sheets are designed to meet basic record-keeping requirements, but every state has unique rules. We always recommend checking your state’s requirements to ensure you’re meeting all local regulations. The good news? Most states just want to see that you’re tracking days—our simple format usually does the trick.
Do you offer secular and faith-based resources?
We sure do! Homegrown Heroes HQ serves all homeschool families, regardless of worldview. Our resources are generally neutral, allowing you to add your family’s perspective. When we do share specifically secular or faith-based materials, we clearly label them so you can choose what aligns with your family’s values. Everyone’s welcome at this homeschool table!
How do I download or print your PDFs?
It’s easier than teaching long division! Simply click any download link, and the PDF will open in your browser. From there, click the download arrow to save it to your computer, or hit print to get a physical copy. Having trouble? Make sure you’re using an updated browser, and check that your pop-up blocker isn’t preventing downloads. Still stuck? Email us—we’ve all been there.
What if I’m brand-new to homeschooling—where should I start?

You’ll only receive emails you’ve specifically signed up for, and every message includes an easy unsubscribe link. We’re parents too—we know your inbox is already full enough!
May I share your resources with friends or co-ops?
Please do! We created these resources to help as many families as possible. Feel free to share links with friends, post them in co-op groups, or print copies for your homeschool community. All we ask is that you share the link to our site rather than uploading files elsewhere, so families can always access the most current versions.
How can I suggest a new blog topic or resource?
